Chef Jiwon Kim is a classically trained chef whose career bridges Michelin-starred excellence and thoughtfully tailored private dining. A graduate of Penn State, he went on to earn his culinary degree from the International Culinary Center (ICC), where he developed a deep command of classical technique, global cuisine, and kitchen leadership.
He served as Chef de Cuisine at the Michelin-starred Kochi and Mari under the Sung Shim Food Group, contributing significantly to the evolution and execution of their celebrated culinary programs. His experience also includes research and development for Buddakan and formative time in the renowned kitchens of Jean-Georges, where precision and innovation define the standard.
With a foundation rooted in fine dining, Chef Jiwon now brings that same level of discipline and artistry into the private dining. His approach centers on balance, personalization, and wellness—crafting elevated, nourishing cuisine that reflects each client’s tastes and lifestyle while maintaining the refinement of Michelin-caliber cooking.
